Creating sustainable growth is the main focus for this workshop seminar, where GBS is the tool to achieve this growth objective. The idea behind GBS is to create growth and quality improvement through rethinking who may be the best owner of the company’s business services and processes. This also includes how customers are approached and company organizational setup. So when looking at the overall business model of the company GBS will enable the management to identify and tune the parts that is kept inside the company – this could be through shared services and/or enhanced use of Digital solutions to automate processes and improve customer experience. And also to take out those parts that are better performed outside the company. All this is of course already a well-known approach, key with GBS is to think it from inside the box – all parts are included and must be examined. This is complicated but sometimes necessary.
